Ash Wright

Ash joined BDO Cayman Islands in September 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience in accounting and audit gained in UK professional practice.

Before relocating to the Cayman Islands, Ash worked within BDO UK’s audit practice, which he joined in November 2022. Prior to BDO, he worked at Azets, progressing from Audit Assistant to Audit Senior.

Ash began his accounting career with Donohue Smith & Hartwell in 2012. During his time with the firm, he progressed from Trainee Accounting Technician to Senior Accountant and subsequently Senior Chartered Accountant, before moving into a dedicated audit role in 2021.

His career combines a substantial foundation in accountancy practice with subsequent audit experience at Azets and across the BDO network in the UK and Cayman Islands.
